Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ticket and packaging identification as well as identifying, reporting and tracking non-compliant products and suppliers according to DXLG methodology, requirements and procedures. Must be able to gain and retain proficiency in procedures and documentation required by the company relevant to this department. Functions are performed in the office and at times in the Distribution Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with MIS, internal and external partners to test and verify requested enhancements to Ticketing, EDI, PLM and other technical system processes. Process trim orders thru on line ticketing system upon request.
  • Order cases and pull TOPs and maintain data for quality inspections utilizing PkMS and PLM.
  • Partner with vendors on EDI process to include; EDI, UCC128 label and ticketing approvals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Work with Distribution Center and vendors to identify compliance issues, notify vendors and merchants within 48 hours of issue and include consequence and solution.
  • Working in conjunction with the Quality Control Manager, prepares chargeback documentation for vendors and financial partners.
  • Ability to assist with quality and compliance inspections in the Distribution Center when needed. Requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • On an as needed basis, review and advise results of final random inspections to factories and management.
  • Processes daily outgoing international mail

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A college degree or equivalent operational experiences
  • A working knowledge of fabric defects, garment construction, labeling, measuring and testing

SKILLS:

  • Proficient PC Skills including PLM system , Microsoft Office, EDI
  • Aptitude and initiative to quickly learn new computer applications
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
  • A motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and in team environment
  • Able to manage multiple projects.
