Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development of marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives. Effectively manage media planning/buying, oversees the management of DXLG's Affiliate marketing program and works in conjunction with our Digital agency partner to oversee our paid digital marketing program, to ensure our strategic brand and ecommerce direction comes to live in the marketplace. Supports management of annual Media and digital marketing budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Along with the VP of Brand/Advertising, responsible for the strategy, development and execution of national media and Digital Campaigns
  • Communicate campaign details to internal departments and field
  • Along with Marketing Department heads, work on the planning and execution of the corporate marketing critical initiatives and marketing projects as directed by senior management, CMO and VP of Advertising. Report on progress, timelines and results 
  • Set and track goals of all campaigns, execute campaigns and deliver within designated timeframes
  • Measure the effectiveness of all campaigns and report on the results to Senior Management
  • Build annual budget, oversee POs, monthly summaries and reforecasts as required for expense centers
  • Set up and manages affiliate programs across all divisions
  • Approve/reject affiliates based on relevancy to our companies
  • Monitor and analyze affiliates for appropriate activity
  • Set up campaigns and programs for affiliates
  • Create graphics for affiliates to promote our sites
  • Analyze results
  • Take appropriate actions to improve results
  • Manages creation of Display assets, both strategic direction and final product approval 
  • Manages paid search campaign setup and reporting across all divisions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree Business Management, Marketing or relevant experience
  • Agency or in-house experience required
  • 5-10 years professional experience to include staff supervision.

SKILLS:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion and work in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of media research, ratings data, media and PR software, Google Analytics 
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office with emphasis PowerPoint and Excel
