GENERAL SUMMARY: As the eCommerce Manager at DXL, you will manage day to day site operations, as well as management of key vendors, AB testing, and other key projects. Sitting at the center of our fast-growing ecommerce business, you will partner with leaders from Marketing, Site Content Management, Digital Analytics, Customer Service, and IT to drive our shared vision of putting the consumer first and delivering a seamless digital experience. As the eCommerce Manager, you will serve as a liaison between the Site Content team, Analytics and Tech organizations to build a best in class User Experience for consumers.


  • Use customer insights, competitive research, and web analytics to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for improvement in both ecommerce experiences and functional capabilities
  • Ownership of entire AB testing process for functionality, from hypothesis to results, effectively meeting the business objectives
  • Maximize web store performance (i.e., conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction), with particular focus on making continuous improvements in: online customer experience, site shopability, site search, search engine optimization and product optimization
  • Take active lead in weekly ecommerce business reviews across analytics, merchandising, email, affiliates and paid search to ensure all areas are aligned.
  • Oversee the prioritization and management of the site development roadmap to launch new site functionality
  • Lead the UAT process for all new site enhancements
  • Partner with IT, Analytics, platform ecommerce managers, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to prioritize and execute the vertical experience roadmap
  • Manage and develop our mobile app strategies.


  • Bachelor degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years eCommerce experience


  • Knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), On-site Search, Navigation and Product Catalog
  • Experience with Website Implementation and Integrations
  • Prior engagement with IT Teams to handle Server and ERP issues, projects and troubleshooting
  • A/B testing, QA and UAT
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
