Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for setting direction and implementation of seasonal marketing objectives and strategies that meet our core marketing goals. Drive business results to meet sales goals. Drive new customer acquisition, increase consumer awareness and market share while meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals. Serve as key conduit for the Brand filter and reinforce brand attributes with all internal as well as external communications to drive brand advocacy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive key brand strategies
  • Steward of the brand that supports our new brand promise, brand vision, brand position, brand architecture and achieves overall business goals
  • Lead cross functional teams to drive business objectives
  • Lead the creative team in the development of marketing programs. Responsible for providing the creative team with a creative brief for seasonal campaigns for all of the brands
  • Define opportunities that meet company objectives to achieve marketing goal
  • Develop and implement complete multi dimensional marketing , direct marketing and promotional program
  • Work with marketing partners responsible for the development and completion of marketing campaigns and programs strategy.
  • Work with marketing partners to develop budgets for each brand and manage annual expense
  • Develop budgets for each advertising and promotional program and report on the markdown and cost to sales ratio, manage and project to bring within the projected budget and sales goals
  • Design methodology for analyzing the effectiveness of programs
  • Interpret the analytics and incorporate feedback to improve the effectiveness of future advertising and promotional programs
  • Develop the marketing communication to maximize current and long range sales.
  • Drive consumer understanding and insights
  • Leads consumer brand learning plan development and over sees execution and findings of research studies
  • Develop, execute and recap events/promotions to determine best strategies for Brand and company
  • Develop and manage Brand Manager, Creative Services Manager , Social Media Specialist and Media Planner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree required- MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years experience and 5 Years in retail marketing industry
  • Good command of MS office applications
