As a VP, Creative, you will utilize your experience and creative inspiration to bring our brand strategy alive. With a customer first mindset, you will guide a team in telling the DXL story through compelling images and engaging copy across all channels.
Using your ability to think both strategically and creatively while inspiring a team, you will play a key role in supporting our guests by:
- Developing creative standards for all brands while providing seasonal creative inspiration that delivers innovative and fresh implementation
- Providing oversight and guidance to the creative team (photography, design, copy, etc.)
- Developing creative programs that meet business objectives and advance our brand strategy
- Identifying, sharpening, and evolving brand vision and value through creative communications which resonate with our customers
- Guiding the development of all product photography standards
- Partnering with members of the Marketing team to develop integrated, creative solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive traffic
We're looking for someone:
- With a Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- With 10+ years' experience in creative and management roles
- With experience creating and overseeing brand identity systems
- With experience at an ad agency or retail company
- With all Mac-based, industry-standard software programs as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
